Ours starts at the bean.

Our chocolate is crafted bean-to-bar, meaning the cacao beans are carefully selected, roasted, refined, and transformed into chocolate in-house. The process gives the chocolatier control over the flavor, texture, roast profile, and overall character of the finished chocolate.

By starting with whole cacao beans and roasting them ourselves, we’re able to develop a deeper, more nuanced chocolate with the kind of flavor and texture you expect from high-quality craft chocolate.
