Natreum Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Natreum offers the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days)
Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier delays, and order volume. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (check promotions at checkout).
Restricted Shipping Areas
Due to state regulations, we do not ship THCa products to the following states:
Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington.
Natreum complies with all federal and state regulations regarding hemp-derived products. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their local laws before purchasing.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost or stolen, please check with your carrier and file a claim. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "delivered."
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@natreum.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
- If you need assistance, contact our support team as soon as possible.
International Shipping
Currently, Natreum only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
