MICHAEL GAWLIK
Mike served in the military from 2001 to 2006. After completing his service, he started researching and developing the RnD side of cannabinoids. Studies have shown that cannabinoids have potential benefits for people with PTSD and chronic pain. Mike struggled with osteoarthritis in his clavicle from an injury, which led him on a mission for relief. He discovered a formula that helped eliminate inflammation and pain and regain instant range of motion in his chest and shoulders. Mike’s personal experience inspired him to help others find relief and improve their quality of life through Natreum’s products. His 15 years of sales experience and deep knowledge of Natreum’s products make him an invaluable team member.

MELISSA GUIDI
Melissa holds 20 years of cosmetology experience and is highly skilled in color correction and chemical formulation. She can reverse engineer chemical and mechanical damage to the scalp and hair, which sparked her passion for creating product formulas. Melissa applied her knowledge of cannabinoids to isolate their therapeutic properties and utilize them to alleviate common physical ailments and complaints. She has invested seven years of research and experimentation into developing cannabinoid blends of the highest quality, putting Natreum products in a class of its own.
